Also did some Fa'e thinking. Because I'm lazy, I'll just copy the post here...

So, earlier today I went to poke through the old old pages of the thread (mainly because I forgot what hapened to the Fa'e Seiya and wanted to remind myself, and also 'cause I was bored) and I realized... whoa. Things have changed since then. Well, of course. That always happens, can't stop it, don't want to stop it. But there's one thing that changed that I think was for the worse... something about the feel of the thread from then to now. And I couldn't identify it.
Thinking about it, though, I think I figured out what it is. I think we Guardians (I am including myself in this XD; ) are less... hmm, open to RP than we were then? Back then we could hit RP almost instantly. I think part of that was it was easier because most of the Fa'e were babies and toddlers then. Put them together with blocks and presto, instant RP. XD;
Now that they're older, it's harder. They also have more complex plots, and I think that lately RP in HQ has been... well, the people I see RPing in here most (there are exceptions of course) are those with younger Fa'e. The others all have plotlines of their own and tend not to RP except to further those plotlines. It's become a little bit... well, I don't want to say exclusive as I don't think that's the right word at all and it implies some things I don't intend... but sort of similar. If that makes any sense. And again, I'm certainly not innocent of the charges I levy. XD;
Not saying this is some OMG GRAVE ISSUEEEEE or anything, just that - the spontaneous, fun, unplotted RP in HQ is something I miss a lot, and I'd forgotten how fun it was until I went back and read it again. n_n I propose we do this again, more often. We don't have to have everything be deep story. Hell, let's play Monopoly or spin-the-bottle in HQ. XD Have a stargazing party. Go to a pumpkin patch en masse. Yeah, so most of the Fa'e can't play with blocks anymore but we can do lots of neat stuff together. n_n

I'd like to initiate some of that when I'm not so busy. Yes. First there is Yanisin's teen quest... Riven is on the search party. That should be interesting.
Diary Updates: Recently, I've updated Riven's diary (two posts today), Figment's Dreamscape and Riven's fandangle familiar journal. Last week, Riven also had a 'playdate' with Sundragyn and her GMFC-child Bronwen. n_n
