What Came And Went
READ THE BLOOD STAINED ROAD FIRST
He was my everything
My hopes and Dreams
My sorrow and laughter
And everything in between
He gave me my smile
And his heart
But that all changed
Far to soon
He said others needed him
And I didnt any more
I smiled and nodded
Saying it was alright
Yet inside I broke
Like glass, I did
He left with my smile
My happiness, my joy
For some one else needed
Them he said
He took his heart
And left to restore another
The last I saw him
He was walking away
Not knowing I was crying
Or crumbling away
He had his mind set
There was no changing it
The coarse of his life
Had to continue
And now as I lay
In my bed think of him
My cheeks wet
My heart heavy
I closed my eyes
And lay still
A dagger in my heart
A bullet in my head
My final words
For all who hurt me
In any way, shape, or form
Are for you
I hope you all find
That one special person
To have and to hold
For all life
Keep them close
As you did not me
Keep them warm
And keep them safe
And Pray for me
And Pray for me
Though the blood and dirt
And Pray for me
My hopes and Dreams
My sorrow and laughter
And everything in between
He gave me my smile
And his heart
But that all changed
Far to soon
He said others needed him
