I often wish on the stars at night,

Hoping for a future that's bright.

So far, so good,

I've accomplished so much more than i thought I could.

I've maintained a spot in the women's chorus for the last three years,

Every step of the way conquering new fears.

I've rose to the challenges of being different,

Working hard each day to understand, stay on task and deal with the comments of the ignorant!

There's a lot more but I don't want to be a bore.

I count my blessings each day and I'm here to say,

I'm a senior in the class of 2005,

And with the stars on my side, I will survice!
