Ever since he was young Xander was always made fun of and underestimated. Growing up on the lower side of the Hyuga family he had a harsh life. When he was young his parents died of a strange illness. Left alone he trained almost every moment he could. He kept fulled to his goal with the thought of the legendary Neji in his mind. Over time people finally relized he was not something to be toyed with. Once he was accepted Xander opened up letting people see the real him. A carefree person who loved a challenged.

This jutsu is activated in the eyes, much like the Sharingan. Sharingan actually developed from Byakugan. This jutsu allows the user's vision to become 360 degrees. The user is able to see fully around them, and all their surroundings. Byakugan also has the ability to see objects, and view the inner coil system of a person's body, and in advanced cases, the Chakra Holes. Using this, the user can attack the inner organs of a person, and do high amounts of damage
