About 2 months ago I was playing football and going out for spots. Well befor we were going out for spots we were doing this thing called a dome. The dome is a big circle of (American) football players in pads with a couple of people in the middle. the rules are if you hit the ground first you stay in untill you get another person down befor you only thing you couldn't do was bite. The coatch would walk around the circle eather taping you or yelling out a players name, if you were called you had to run as fast as you can and takle a person in the middle if you were takled of course you would then be in the middle.

Well after a wile of the coatch decides to let people go oput for spots he asks everyone who want to go out for a spot (such as Line backer) to step forward into the circle makeing a smaller circle in the bigger one. Well it came down to the last person standing would most likely be a starter for that position. I twisted my knee the first time in witch hurt like **LL, I think thats about the time I started a tare in the ACL in my knee. Well I hopped out and tryed to walk it off. Well then coach said another spot that I wanted and I hopped back in and came out hoppeing in even more pain. well I did this two more times after that and the last time was the worst. I was hit onto my knees and the hit by the head QB from my side. My foot was level to the ground befor he hit me but once he hit me I was on my side with my foot at a 180 in my reer. I screemed for bloody murder and then got up and hopped out in pain.

Well now to three weeks ago I got a Doctors pointment and he said that my knee was loose so I got an X-ray then an MRI that confirmed that I can tore all the way threw my ACL. We went to the Othopedic Doctor and he said he'd do the surgery on friday (two weeks ago). Of course we got the surgery I was out the same day. I was in so much pain after I was wishing I had never done it. I was in my bed for the first week crying in pain cuz I couldn't sleep and the powerfull pain pills didn't do so good. After that I started feeling better I had finaly gotten up and went out side this week and felt ok. And now here I am typeing this message.
