well, they found the problem!
a bit of scar tissue was left over from when i hyperextended my knee 2 years ago, so they removed that, and they also had to remove some tissue that was causing my knee to inflame and hurt my knee as well, and let me tell you, i'm feeling so much better now!
i can walk a little better, but i still have a big limp, but at least i don't need my crutches and knee imobilizer anymore! man, you don't know how relieved i am!
so, as you can tell, everything went great, my surgery went very well, better than expected actually! my mom was there, got me this cute little frog, and ben bought me this beautiful little flower arrangement...and can't forget Ennie's cute card she made me, and the two frogs she got me (as you can tell, i love frogs)
the frogs are in my car now ^.^
thank you everyone, thanks to you all, i am making a speedy recovery and hopefully i'll be back to normal real soon! i love you all, and i appriciate everything!
and the only trouble i had today was that they put the first IV in wrong, and man did that hurt! worst feeling ever! they had to take it out right away and quickly wrap my wrist with a warm towel as i cried the pain away, but other than that, there were no problems!
small update: last night around 11:45pm, the lower part of my knee, and the right side of my lower left leg (my left knee was operated on) went numb! i called the doctor-on-call and he told me to unwrap my bandages, find some goz wrap, and rewrap it loosely, so i did...well, 2 hours later and still nothing changed! so finally my bf got me to bed after i'm freaking out for those two hours, and lemme tell ya, i barely got sleep, i would sleep for an hour, then awake for another two! so i think i got about 2 hours sleep >.<
it's still numb, but not as bad...i'm still gonna call the doctor at 8:30 today...about 40 minutes...
man, i was scared! one of the surgery risks was numbness!
