the common retard is in a state of mind to the point of which they cant do things and cant think for themselves which came with the birth of the name retard. this name was a common insult to other kids because it refers to them having a very low IQ and being "special". retarded kids couldn't handle being in normal classes at school because it was too advanced for them and the kids where harsh to retards.this is why in schooling they have special educators. so that means if you get bad grades i would suggest you become mentally challenged to breeze through life
