oofdah. about half an hour after i woke up i trained my kinesis abilities intensively for about an hour, took a break, and then trained again for about 45 minutes. it was really weird afterwards because i was all light-headed and stuff. i have my energy back now and plan to practice again later.

i need to do this to convince myself psionics exist. ive seen enough proof now but my mind is still too stuck up on the crap they teach in todays society.
reasons for believing psionics:
1. heat up, lose energy, and start sweating when practicing
2. charged my arm with electricity in the dark once and saw blue sparks
3. creepy little psychic flashes that always prove to be right.
4. have gotten my poderosa pine sapling to grow a whole lot in a short ammount of times thru bioK.
5. ive taken ice-cold showers and managed to be ok thru pyroK
6. my body heats up quickly when practicing pyroK
7. ive created strong winds out of no where before
8. lol, i was once at this play and at this one part where this guy fell down and had to stay down for a while i mind-controlled him to get one of those things that make ur leg twitch weirdly when u lie still too long
