A broken heart and now my dreams are ripped apart
I never really knew where I belonged
But I found a love so deep and so beautiful
I felt the need to fly like a dove in the sky
Will you ever hurt me like all of the others?
That's the main question of my life right now
I never knew love could feel so good, and I think about it as I stare into the sky
But why? Why would anybody as sweet as you want me?
I look at the cuts on my wrists
And my blood stained hands
The more I think about it the more I feel ashamed
So sit with me, pray with me, help me to fufill the fact that our love should stay named.

You took me in when the others wouldn't...
I knew there was something great about you
I want to stay with you forever, I want to lay in your arms
God if you only knew how much I want to cry in front of you
So vivid and so unique, a passion so deep
A love so strong and your heart I need
When I touch your face
When I look in your eyes
Tears come to mine as I want to cry
But for the first time in my life, these are tears of happieness not sorrow
I really wish to kiss you tomorrow
