I waited for the bus today.
A bee fell to the ground and surprised me.
It was struggling to fly and couldn't leave the ground.
A man walked by the bee but his shoe missed it.
The bee flew upwards slightly before landing close to the road.
If the bee did this again,
It would fall onto the road and be killed by a car.
The bee flew up again but this time higher.
Not high enough though,
A passing car would have hit it with its windscreen.
The bee flew higher, above all the cars.
I thought it would be okay.
I watched it flying.
I watched it fall down low again.
I watched it get hit by a vans windscreen.
The bee rolled onto the ground.
The wheels of the van missed the bee.
It lay still, very much dead.
But in one piece.
