I wanted to let anyone reading know that
I won't be online for Christmas - and it's not
because of my studies, the usual reason.
Christmas Time
I was very happy to tell Kyoya-mun, my other friends, and now all of you
that after several years of customer service, we all get to have an off-day.
-beams- My family and I are having nabe (all in one pot) around the dining table!
-hands out- I know, I know, it's not a kotatsu.
(It'd make Christmas even cooler, but we don't have one)
Like I told Haruhi-mun, I'm not Tamaki xD
All four will be at the same place! I'm very excited!

Speaking of Tamaki and Haruhi earlier, while I still have some time:
I want to develop their friendship and while I'm usually very busy -- Climbing the corporate ladder (I'm kidding) -- many things started asking for me about 2 weeks ago. I thought things would slow down, especially around the holiday month, but they sped up, regardless, so that I'd use up my next two weeks to start my tasks, catch up above them, and finish everything before the end of the year before the new year's incoming batch. My replies to Kyoya and Haruhi sit there; I can't look at them.
He misses her. I can tell. I logged in for him and to check our budget, and he thought, "I made enough time! To merely see your face." I didn't know it would hurt, and I can't have him distracting me. We like our respective partners, but we both have things to do and Tamaki knows that. I joked that I'm kidnapping him to his office on the way to mine - carpool, haha, but I was serious. We both know the business side of things from growing up with it; he won't take it personally because he has always agreed. He already decided to leave, meaning it, without wanting to look back as well. Our friends are strong-willed, patient, and understanding enough to know being away only means we prioritise them.
However, with Haruhi being newly added to the group, he was worried she wouldn't understand. Thus, he'd log in for a second to "check" on her by showing he's online. It's idiotic because she's one of few people on here who would understand. We know how strong Haruhi is, but not the roleplayer.
How do you think I can throw anything at my best friend? They'll be fine because they'll be fine. Here, look -turns and tosses something over there, turning back to address everyone- If they were incompatible, they would be unable to be in my group so well, let alone last in it. We can equally handle each other. My team is the best I've ever had. They're also just as happy.
Despite being concerned about her, we knew we can't stay. She'll be fine.
I trust them. He chose her and she chose him.
I, on the other hand, have to be away.
And they don't need us completely for them to be friends.
In the least, platonically, we're...very happy to be able to dedicate our profile song to them.
We hope they noticed.
The song could be dedicated to all in general if those girls are looking for
something romantic, to be entertained with how it sounds and feels, instead of
something with deep meaning, to be happy with something personally given.
To give the song to all would diminish the value of sincere affection in general.
We're romantics but we're not intentionally romancing anyone. sweatdrop
If it's going around, we haven't done anything. The girls might have though.

I had planned on him having fun with her in spirit while working on my tasks, developing their friendship in idea, because we haven't been able to get close enough to a Haruhi to understand what a friendship with her looks like before being in a friendship with her. Most of the others became best friends with me offline, and I'd like platonic love to develop with Haruhi as well, so it's not simply Tamaki and Haruhi interacting - and that situation is hard to find.
I know we originally wanted him to be with Haruhi, evident in the song
but "family" is too good of news. I want it to happen more than other events.
I'm glad my friends will be by my side in spirit
while this occurs though. It's a first in a long time.
I proposed the plan weeks ago, and after schedule discussion,
they finally agreed yesterday - they're able to make it happen and gather together!
I was first expecting we wouldn't be able to from poor timing as usual. sweatdrop
By the way, if anyone can't tell, I deliberately kept this black and in brackets to show it's the mun. Tamaki hasn't once said anything because this is my news, not his and not ours. I don't know what his plans are. but these are mine. Whether he's travelling or not to meet Fuyumi-san, I think he'll thrive in the background on Christmas due to my family, haha. Hopefully, the day meets my expectations.]
