Technique Name: Seal of the Celestial Boddhi
Rank: A
Type: Fuuinjutsu
Element: Null
Description: Masahiro took the design of this Fuuinjutsu from his father, based on his Souzou Saisei no Jutsu. The purpose of this Fuuinjutsu is to allow Masahiro to inscribe his body with the Seal of the Celestial Boddhi, opening a gate similar to the Godai Houin no Michi [ Element Sealing Method ] in which the shinobi seals Standard Chakra, up to 1/2 of his overall limit. The tradeoff for such a limited amount of Chakra being held behind the gate is that unlike other chakra sealing methods Masahiro can draw or store more chakra (up to this 1/2 limit) for a cost of 10 chakra per utilization. Should the chakra sealed behind the gate be emptied the fuuinjutsu fades from surface upon which it was written. Does not count towards the active chakra limit for Implants.

If left uncovered the seal for this jutsu gives off a flame-like blue aura.

Description: After making the proper handseals or utilizing a viable focus Masahiro will spawn either one [ 1 ] or a series of up to five [ 5 ] platforms, each one consisting composed of raiton elemental chakra. These 'gates' are physical and capable of blocking movement or ninjutsu. Anyone who makes contact with these gates gains a two [ 2 ] post bonus to forward momentum [ turning ends this bonus ] after they leave it's 5ft diameter, doubling [ 2x ] their natural speed. These effects are applied to whosoever touches the platform for the remained of the post that it remains. Each 'Gate' following the first costs an additional 20 chakra to summon. The gates last until the users next post, and can only be summoned within 30ft of the Caster.

Technique Name: Rasen Lance
Rank: A
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Maruton
Description: After learning the Rasengan Masahiro has dedicated himself to finding other uses of it's unique chakra form. The first of which is the Rasen Lance, in which Masahiro spawns the Rasengan at the tip of his current weapon, which then breaks back towards him. In this form the Rasen Lance keeps a pinpoint lancet of chakra above the weapon's tip, and sweeps back, widening it's chakra flow to the hilt of the weapon or the user's hand. In this form it provides a wider attack range the closer an opponent is to the user. In this form the weapon can be thrown as if a javelin or spear and creates a pinpoint explosion based at it's landing area within a basis of 10ft.

Technique Name: Hageshī Fuuinjutsu

Element: Fuuinjutsu
Description: Masahiro Hatake, through his intense personal study of Fuuinjutsu has discovered a systematic series of sub-seals that when bound on the body allow the user to apply an additional effect to a set fuuinjutsu at the cost of a Spiritual [ Chakra ] and Blood [ Stamina ] sacrifice. The user marks their body in a permanent fashion to complete the required seals and upon activation of a fuuinjutsu may choose to sacrifice a 'Reverse Complex' at which time their markings will glow red and blue with the sacrificed material before the effects take place. The effects of the sacrifice can either prolong the fuuinjutsu, empower the fuuinjutsu, or enlarge it to cover a broader area.
*Each Effect Costs an A-Rank of Chakra and a B-Rank of Stamina to Activate.
*Affects can be placed without an extra activation but only apply to Fuuinjutsu.
*Only one Effect per Fuuinjutsu.
Effects are:
Empower: Cast Fuuin at X Rank, X must be a higher rank than the traditional Casting Rank of said Fuuinjutsu. Empowering a Jutsu also increases the Effects of a Jutsu to match X Chakra Spent. Can Only Empower Ranks E-S.[ The user can empower an S-Ranked Jutsu to S+ Ranking, but cannot increase an S+ Ranked Jutsu this way. If a Fuuin Originally Cost B Rank and Affected B rank and Below and was Increased to S rank it would now affect S rank and Below.]
Enlarge: Alters Range by 100% [ i.e. Original Range 5m, New Range 10m, creates a 5x5 Cube now creates a 10x10 Cube ]
Extend: Double Duration of Fuuin. Fuuinjutsu with a Duration of Instantaneous or Permanent are not affected by Extend

Chakra Steel Wire Launcher:
By exciting the tension coils and wire within the assembly, the wielder can launch and wrap wire around various hard point or enemy combatants.
‡ The wire can extend up to fifty feet from the wielder, without modifications.
‡ To Launch the wire requires a D-Ranked amount of Chakra. ( A Supplemental Action )
‡ To retrieve the wire requires an E-Ranked Amount of Chakra ( A supplemental Action )
‡ To wrap the wire around an object requires an E-Ranked Release. ( Supplemental )

‡ Draws Chakra Output from all batteries attached to lower bay in an equivalent manner, instead of all from one battery.
(i.e. All batteries but the one required for the core)
(i.e. Chakra Output of 160 is Required, There are 16 Batteries attached, each battery is drained 10 Chakra.)
‡ When No Batteries, excluding Core, are attached, maximum output is 5 Chakra per post.
‡ Batteries placed inside of the Generator cannot be burnt out, but if exhausted will take 5 posts to regain ability to hold a charge.
‡ Cannot revive batteries that were dead before they were placed in core.
‡ Via use of a specialized device, scrolls containing Ninjutsu or Fuuinjutsu can be attached to Generators to enable their effect and to power them for their sustain cost. A scroll that reaches it's duration limit in said device will be recast, at its original casting cost.
(Reckless use of this can cause a Generator to drain itself for a minimum of 5 posts, longer if the attached technique costs has a high chakra cost.)
‡ Generators still charge batteries within at their minimum rate, even if being used to power another source.
