It was tragic, my favourite phone stopped working!!!!! I woke up one moring to find my phone saying, "SEE CUSTOMER SERVER." I instantly left the house at 7 o'clock in the morning and ran down the place to find out what was happening to my "life line." The guy that was there said that there was a "short" in the phone and they wouldn't be able to repair it. i felt like someone just slapped me in my face. Was i being punked? Then, the guy told me that he can exchange it for me for free. I was offered a NOKIA 6101 or a MOTOROLA phone, but of course i took the NOKIA, then a day later, i found out that the Infared on the phone wasn't working, so again, i changed it. They gave me a NOKIA 6230. I love it, it would make a suitable replacement for my NOKIA 6820. gonk crying sweatdrop razz
