Catalina Completes Acqusition of Cellfire as Major Milestone in Digital Coupons is Reached
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Catalina, the personalized digital media company, has completed the

acquisition of Cellfire, the leading provider of load-to-card (L2C)

digital coupons in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) market. On the

heels of this acquisition, Cellfire reached an important milestone: one

billion digital coupons downloaded to shoppers' loyalty cards.
