Since so many children's books assume a child has both a loving mommy and daddy caring for them, a preschool trainer emailed me wanting options for books that will be appropriate for all kids, together with these being raised by grandparents. I haven't got an inventory of such books at my fingertips, however I did recommend making flannel board tales, which permits a narrative line to be manipulated anyway one would really like.
