To examine whether hMSCs transplanted into chicken UB progenitor region have the potential to differentiate into their derivatives, d2EGFP-transfected hMSCs (hMSCsGFP) were transplanted. A modified New culture method [10] was used to culture early developing chicken embryos. When hMSCsGFP were transplanted into the WD/UB progenitor region (n = 9 cool , they Pomalidomide remained at the original position of transplantation even after 24 h ( Fig. 2A). This suggests that hMSCsGFP transplanted into the WD/UB progenitor region do not have the capacity to differentiate into their derivatives.
