MCD modulates 3H-glycine uptake by CHO-K1 GF109203X stably expressing GLYT1 and GLYT2. In CHO cells, the rate of 3H-glycine uptake by GLYT1 was reduced by 36 ± 4% (n = 5, p 0.03 ns (n = 7) ( Fig. 2). Similar measurements of CFP lifetime have also been reported by others [16].
