The decrepit screen hummed to life, the black-and-white film showing an overly happy-looking Pirell. He was smiling this time, which he rarely did. His lips look sliced and there was a mysterious splatter on the bottom left of the right lens of his glasses.

Behind him was an operating table with something on it. It was obscured underneath a thick canvas. Various machines and bulbs flashed and whirred.

"And now, ladies and gentlemen, here lies the fruit of my suffering. Over the course of seven months I have gathered and re-purposed. Parts salvaged from the guilty given a new meaning. And here, on this night, I will finally bring it forward." He tapped his claws together, wheeling himself toward a control panel. The camera moved with him, closing up on the various switches and buttons before it returned to Pirell. The change in lightning revealed various cuts on his face, each oozing with the orange-ish fluid that coursed through him. What did he do to earn those?

"Pardon my appearance. There are some who wish to see my efforts wasted..." He grabbed a flask, swirling whatever was inside it. "I never thought I would get this far. With this mysterious primal power, with paste and paint and stitch and saw..." He stares at the lump on the table, almost admiringly. "This is an illegitimate child of art and science. A modern example of what the learned man can do. Here is Gaia, here is Lillith, here is Eve! While not of my own flesh, I see this creation as a child. A child I must teach. But I cannot allow anyone to know of her existence, not now."

He removed his glasses, his single red eye piercing the camera. His crazed grin disappears into a worried frown. But just like that, it returns again. With a single press of a button and the crank of a lever, the machines whir and screech to life. Cables connected to the figure underneath the cloth jump and writhe as an unknown amount of electricity courses through it. Valves turn, boilers screech, and then it falls silent. The figure is breathing softly.

"And now it lives. I have ascended my titles. I am god now."The hare looks grimly into the camera, and then with a single blow he punches out the screen. The video ends abruptly.
