I started the day with water and a vanilla Starbucks energy drink. (210 calories) While at work, I had a plain waffle as a snack (380 calories) and drank plenty of watered down sweet tea throughout the day. After work, I had my Chicken Caesar Salad with even less dressing than I normally skimp on (300 calories), a Breakfast Essentials shake (200 calories) to drink, along with water, and ate around a cupful of fruit (of grapes, watermelon, pineapple, and *gasp* for the first time: cantaloupe) from a fruit tray, all from 7-Eleven. I then ended the day with an Oreo yogurt cup for dessert.
