The Break up

(The bold text is the whales thoughts for less confusion)
I am swimming along with my mother today she wants too teach me something about hunting. We go out for miles just swimming around. I love the ocean so large and beautiful. My mother kept nudging me too stay closer too her and the pod. She acted like something was wrong. We went on guard trying too figure out what it was. Was that. . . . Was that a boat? I haven't seen one before the other whales told me about them.
A harpoon struck in the water.
I'm scared. Mother and the rest of the females push me and the other babies off too a side area. We stay as low as possible. What is happening? Where is dad going? I don't understand. I have to swim fast too keep up with the rest. I cant hold my breath much longer. We rise too the surface for a quick breath then re-dive again moving along too a point waiting for dad. I can hear him calling and screaming. Dad! Dad!
Boats surround the pod of female whales and babies.
Mom! What's happening! Mom! Where are you! What is this thing! Mom! Help me I'm scared! Mom!
Men from on the boat were whooping and hollering celebrating the catch they have made. "Looks like I'm payin' for drink back on shore mates" Yells the Captain from his post. The poor captured whale is thrashing around the netting screaming out "SHUT UP!" one of the crew men hit the poor 2 year old whale above the eye with the butt of the harpoon gun. The mother was not happy with any of this she rammed into the netting preventing her from being anywhere near her baby. She hit the fishermen's boats and angrily thrashed about.
Loud bangs came from harpoon guns killing the orca whale.
Mother? He looks over at her floating body that's turned upright Mother! MOTHER!
The captured 2 year old whale cries having seen his own mother killed in front of him. The Captain found this amusing and ordered his men too keep the smaller whales and kill the rest. There was so much blood in the water it looked almost crimson. They filled the dead mother whales with rocks and let them sink into the bottom of the ocean to rot. The babies were lifted out of the water and transported by boat too shore.
A few whales died on the way.
I'm all alone. I want my momma. I want my daddy. The two year old whale cries out in pain from the dryness of the boat. I just want to die. I don't want this. Why are they doing this. I hate these things. What are they? No fins or flippers. The move strangely too me. Where are we what is this place?
The boats make it too shore. The men exchange money and drinks. The whales that have survived where put on trucks with trailers. The people were nicer then the fishermen where. They wet the whales down and talk too them "Everything will be alright. We will take care of you." Some of the whales cried tears and moan in agony. I want too go home. The trucks begin transporting them too an aquatic theme park. Where are we going? my home Is back that way! I don't want too go leave me alone!
The trucks stop and more money is exchanged. The park looks like its incomplete and falling apart. The small whales are transported too a holding tank where other small whales were being held. "Looks like they killed another one" a whale turned on its side with bite makes all over its body being picked at by birds lay dead. The men move the dead corpse and toss it over the edge. The tank is filled up just enough to cover the tops of there bodies. The men left the whales and continued construction on the park.
I'm scared. I don't like this place. I want my family back.
