This was my original idea for a role play I'm already doing. For Reference.

Jason and Dimitris Stephanos and Sidhe Prince Zelandor

Boy does not know his name or age or anything about his past. He believes he was born a slave. He has had a succession of cruel masters and he is as a result near broken. He rarely speaks, is very timid, easily scared, he is obedient and affectionate when allowed to be. He appears to be about 17, he is badly scarred and in poor health.

Boy is really Jason Stephanos. His mother was a slave girl belonging to an evil Sidhe Prince. She bore him two sons, Dimitris then Jason. A mage told Prince Zelandor that the baby Jason had great magic potential and would one day be more powerful than his father. Zelandor decided to have the two small children killed so they could never take over his throne. Their mother ran away with them. She found herself a husband who was willing to take her and the children but made servants of them and was cruel. He was able to make the older Dimitris work but little Jason was always poorly. Then he started to show magic powers. So when he was five his stepfather sold him into slavery.

At some point the adult Dimitris (who is free) is reunited with his teenager brother (still a slave unaware of who he is). The boys has shown no magic ability in a long time because of his emotional/psychological suppression and illness. Once with a kind master and in good health and happy his powers will start to appear again which will cause questions. Jason will want to find out who he really is and the truth about his parentage.

Not sure how this will play out. I do think at some point Jason will have to face and probably fight his evil father.
