I stayed up til 4 again. Slept until 11. I love staying up late, but I always feel like I wasted a day when I wake up late. Yesterday I woke up at 1. It doesn't help that I'm a closer at my job and usually don't get out until 11:30. I would ask for a different shift and work on changing my sleep schedule, but there isn't anyone there to replace me who can close as well as I do.
What I would love to do is start waking up at about 6 in the morning, have a light breakfast, and go for a run. I bet the weather is freaking nice that early. It's nice to know that I have options for breakfast, too. My favorite are a smoothie, boiled eggs, or oatmeal with applesauce, honey, and cinnamon sugar.
First, though... I need a car so I can get to work at different times.
