Decaying Away from Life
The smell of death,
From the decaying flesh,
Of the dead down under.
As bones fall away,
From the rotting skin,
To show their sign of a last breath.
Bones fall to dust and a fresh,
Smell appears to make one wonder,
Where the scent may,
Have been,
Coming from.
As the blood dries,
The muscles lose its hold,
Letting the body to fall,
Away into the dirt from below.
Knowing the fact will leave them numb,
And soon filled with sadness known from their cries.
Whether this be from the bold,
Truth of a loved one unable to answer the call,
From those up above which will grow,
From a loss,
And soon an emptiness in their heart.
Alone they may be,
But those who die,
Will rejoice in another place.
Each person standing across,
From another near a grave as they fall apart,
From the inside out from what others can see.
As they scream and cry,
They will collapse into nothing leaving no trace,
From the inside.
In the cold and dark,
Each one drops to the ground,
Clutching at their chest,
As they slowly fade away to insanity.
After death the soul will slide,
Onto the next life to leave a new mark.
After no body is around to be found,
The only sign of their life will rest ,
In another's mind to cause distress or calamity.
