Well, I guess I'm gonna start putting my feelings and thoughts into this thing.
Hi. My name is Jade. I'm 15 years old and I live in Florida. I love singing, dancing, Tumblr, Tom Hiddleston, Family Force 5, and Cape Cod chips.
I will never understand why people say that they don't like Tom Hiddleston or Family Force 5. Both of them are amazing.. I'll do two separate posts about them though in other journal entries..
I guess I'm a unique character. I'm 5'4 and I'm a plus sized woman. I don't see myself as a person who is overweight and the reason is because I've learned to love myself for who I am. There are times when I want to be a 1x instead of a 3x but that's because I have Type 2 diabetes and the only way for me to not have them is if I lose enough weight.
When I was 11 years old, I went to the gynecologist because I had my period 22-25 days out of 29-31 days of the months. As you may know, that's risky. After they did an ultrasound on my reproductive system, they found out I had two liquid-filled cysts on my ovaries. The one on the right ovary was the size of a softball, and the other was about the size of a baseball. To prevent me from having the trauma of surgery so early on, they put me on birth control (At 11 years old..) to try and shrink the masses. about a year later they did the final ultrasound and found out that the cysts we're still growing. They told me I had to get surgery to get them removed. I panicked and cried but I knew it would be fine. To skip all the details, I got high for the first time from the happy drugs they use to help you forget, a doctors assistant helped me because he wanted to flirt with my grandma, and I had to get a 1/2 inch thick 3 in wide needle in my left hand below the pinkey. Anyways, instead of it being a 30 minute surgery.. I was under for 2 hours. My awesome gynecologist had realized that my right ovary and Fallopian tube both got crushed by the size of the cyst. He tried as hard as he could to fix it but he couldn't. He then realized my left Fallopian tube was crushed too but he was able to fix it. After I got out he came in, smiled, and told me everything was fine. He did tell me that I couldn't get my left Fallopian tube and ovary back but I'd still be able to have kids wen I was younger. He also told me it was amazing at how I didn't feel any pain whatsoever from the sheer force.
Anyways, I'm just glad I don't have to worry anymore. Life is good, my family and friends love me, and I'm still living.
