Abilities: Wren has the ability to communicate with creatures of the forest. This includes the plant life. She keeps a small mouse with her, either in a pocket, on her shoulder, in her hair, or in a small bag. This mouse is her best friend, and through a brief incantation, the mouse will be able to speak to other creatures for a brief period of time. This comes in handy when Wren is busy, but needs a message sent somewhere.
Publicity: Wren keeps her status as a Nymph away from anyone who isn't related to her. Friends from school simply think she's human, seeing as how they don't know anything else exists.
Family: Wren's family is fairly well off. She goes to a high profile private school, but she doesn't live on campus. She goes home daily, and eats dinner with her family. Even though her father is human, she was born 100% Nymph because she was female. She has a small brother, 5 years old, who is purely human. Her mother died in a car accident, which only made Wren's hatred of modern man and his machine greater. Her family lives in a large farmhouse with 15 acres all around. The house is on the outskirts of a forest, and the family owns one horse for each family member.
History: Wren was 15 years old when her mother died is a car crash. Her little brother was only a year old. Her father knew nothing of how to care for a child, and so caring for her brother became one of Wren's major jobs around the house. Her mother hired a housemaid and a nanny, but Wren loves her brother and when she's not doing homework, or out in the forest near their house, she'll read to him, play with him, make him snacks, etc.
When she was in public school, she often got teased. Her family having money, her name, it went on. When her mother died, it got worse because of it. Her father moved her into a private school. Here, her having money was a good thing, and people respected her for it, just as they had money and expected their other classmates to have money. Wren doesn't delude herself. She's confident that if her family were to lose money, or go bankrupt, her friends would abandon her. Because of this, she spends time after school in the forest, talking to everything, making friends that will never fail.
She's gotten to a point where she spends a lot of time alone in the woods, and less and less time with her family. She knew it would happen. It was part of being a nymph. As you aged, you broke off physical connections and started getting more natural traits. In extreme cases, ears changed shape, facial features grew sharper and more pronounced, limbs slenderized, and figures grew more voluptuous. Wren was already seeing a few of these traits, but nothing on an extreme scale. She didn't look like a porn star who'd gone through surgery to look unnaturally perfect. She did like to think that she was pretty though.
Preferred clothing: Loose things, but skimpy. She loves coming home and taking off her uniform, and putting on a cropped tank top and a pair of loose non-denim shorts. She usually just goes barefoot unless she's going somewhere, even to ride her horse or go to the forest.
Location: Rural New York.
Constant Companions: Her mouse, a small bag with some type of vegan food, a hair tie, and usually her phone, just for safety.
Roleplay: A bunch of schizophrenic teenagers getting together to let loose the voices in their heads in community therapy. This may also apply to those with Multi-Personality Disorders.
