Now I can understand if your grandma gives you a gift card for the "cheese log of the month club" or if you're said grandparent and end up with a gift card for someplace like Hot Topic but this is a freaking grocery store.
Who of us couldn't find something worth buying there?
They have drinks, chips, snack mixes, and even some great all natural foods. You can't find something to just buy and get rid of the thing?
The part of this that really gets scary when you think about it is that enough people were returning gift cards and making a stink about it that it became necessary to put that sign up not just in one place but at each of the registers.
How do any of us have faith in humanity left?
