An Introduction
Tamashī no baransu was formed in early December of earth year 2011 by the shinigami-hollow Shigekuni Genryusai, though the organization itself was in the hearts and minds of him and others long before that time. created by a belief that the government that was supposed to watch over the balance of souls could no longer do their job properly due to petty squabbles among themselves. Shigekuni held onto this belief for more than a decade after being exiled from that society for a reason he could not rightly control. upon returning to Gaia-prime he was tracked down by that society whom attempted to kill him and those residing at his newly built home; The Spirit Villa.
During this long winded battle on the ground of his home Shigekuni and his allies forced the leader of the society to make herself known on the grounds which put a stop to the fighting due to her appearance. making an agreement with Shigekuni the leader of the society agreed to leave Shige and his alone, to not only restrict further bloodshed between the two sides but to settle things once and for all. seeing the power and honor that he held the leader of the society had him marked in their records as killed in action and dying honorably; though he was free to go the path that he chose for himself. this was the beginning of Tamashī no baransu.
Our Purpose
The purpose of Tamashī no baransu is simply stated, but more intricately defined. the organization itself is a military force in its own right with leading members being defined in some cases as epic or god level entities. as a whole the group closely monitors the balance of souls entering Gaia-prime (through birth or other entry into this plane) and leaving it (through death and passing over or through other dimensional travel). the members of this organization fight those that upset that balance by devouring souls and making them vanish from the cycle of souls; usually killing and cleansing them so that their soul can return to the cycle and be reborn in a more positive entity.
Other than this main purpose Tamashī no baransu serves yet another purpose, one easily stated. being a military force under no government the organization fights for who and what it believes as a collective is right. this includes making and fighting for its allies whom it believes share similar stances on good when it comes to the plane of Gaia-prime. in times of war for these allies Tamashī no baransu serves as an additional section of that allies own military force, or serves as their military force if they do not have one. the organization fiercely protects those it has deemed allies as if they were part of itself.
Our Laws
These are the laws that govern the internal and external affairs of Tamashī no baransu. While their are exceptions to some laws there are those that are absolute, meaning there is no excuse for them being broken. all cases of laws being broken are reviewed and the punishments delivered if they are needed. while all members of the organization should know and obey the laws the main forces that deal with instances of violation are the internal and external affairs divisions.
1: The ultimate law is to maintain the balance of souls
2: It is against the law to attack a captain, to do so is treason*
3: It is against the law to steal from or attack another member*
4: It is against the law to interfere in matters outside Gaia-Prime**
5: It is against the law to purposefully create ill intent with the Tamashī no baransu name, to do so is an act of treason against the organization.
6: The use of forbidden arts is highly restricted to any member below the rank of captain. unsanctioned use of these arts is against the law.
*: There are exceptions to some or all of these laws, sanctioned matches may be formed for members who have issues between each other so that they can deal with these issues in a safe and watched over fashion.
**: There are also exceptions to this law. when concerning allies it matters not whether they exist on or outside Gaia-Prime, they will be treated equally in matters where they need the support of Tamashī no baransu.

Organization Structure
The structure of Tamashī no baransu is divided into seven different divisions, each with their own purpose and all being different from the others. in this section each of the divisions will be listed along with their purpose to the organization as a whole.
1st Division: The first division of Tamashī no baransu is the Captain-Commander's personal division. this division has no true individual purpose, but instead oversees all of the other divisions; making sure that their jobs are being performed properly. in addition to this the first division fulfills roles in the other divisions that currently have no one to lead them. those in the first division are considered to be models for the rest of the organization and are trained much more rigorously than any other division. the first division takes on the emblem of the golden wheel, one of the eight auspicious symbols of good fortune; this one symbolizing creation, protection, transformation and spiritual change.
2nd Division: The second division of Tamashī no baransu heads up all internal affairs and investigations; acting not only as the investigators of broken laws or suspected broken laws but also as the police force of Tamashī no baransu. their goals are to make sure that the laws of the organization are followed and that punishments issued are upheld. this also means they are one of the most well trained divisions when it comes to diversity in combat. the second division takes on the emblem of the white umbrella, one of the eight auspicious symbols of good fortune; this one being the traditional symbol for protection.
3rd Division: The third division of Tamashī no baransu is known commonly as the Magic Corps. these members are devoted to the study and practice of all known magical arts on the plane of Gaia-prime. as such this division is one of the primary divisions focused on the protection of Tamashī no baransu from within and its safety from afar through their magical arts. in times of war this division is one of the main combat units called upon; using their magics to protect and strengthen the other units as well as attack the enemies they are faced with. the third division takes on the emblem of the lotus, one of the eight auspicious symbols of good fortune; this one being a traditional symbol for purity.
4th Division: The fourth division of Tamashī no baransu is in charge of the organizations research and development. these members are devoted to learning everything they can about the technology present on gaia-prime in addition to developing new technology for use by the organization. in addition to their primary purpose this division serves yet another, to keep track of and record the history of Tamashī no baransu so that it may be available for study and future review generations from the current time. the fourth division takes on the emblem of the treasure vase, one of the eight auspicious symbols of good fortune; this one symbolizing the creation of all varieties of inexhaustible treasures.
5th Division: The fifth division of Tamashī no baransu is the medical division, in charge of keeping all members of the organization in good health and alive. the medical corps of Tamashī no baransu is also in charge of making and delivering medical supplies for the entire organization. the fifth division also runs supply routes to sections of the organization that are in remote locations and not in regular contact with the main force; commonly staying to perform medical services for a day or so during these deliveries. the fifth division takes on the emblem of the pair of golden fishes, one of the eight auspicious symbols of good fortune; this one representing life and happiness.
6th Division: The sixth division of Tamashī no baransu is the organization's stealth force. their purpose within the organization is to track down and execute criminals of the organization as silently and discretely as possible. in addition to this the 6th division also maintains charge over the organization's holding facilities and prisons; also boasting the most extensive training in hand to hand arts among all the other divisions. this extensive training is based out of this division because weapons are not allowed within the walls of the holding facilities and prisons that Tamashī no baransu maintains. the sixth division takes on the emblem of the right turning conch shell, one of the eight auspicious symbols of good fortune; this one representing power, authority and sovereignty.
7th Division: The seventh division of Tamashī no baransu is the main combat weapon focused combat force of the organization. as such this division is usually the first sent out to face enemies during times of war. this division focuses their training entirely on the use of weapons and by doing so forgoes any extensive training in magical or hand to hand combat arts. but this also allows them to be masterfully trained in most melee weapons and also in firearms; creating an invaluable asset in times of war. the seventh division takes on the emblem of the banner of victory, one of the eight auspicious symbols of good fortune; this one representing victory over the entire universe.
Rank Structure
Captain-Commander: The captain-commander is the head of Tamashī no baransu. in addition to commanding the first division and acting as its captain the captain-commander maintains authority over the other captains and their divisions. the captain-commander's role also causes him to fill in as the leader of the divisions that currently have no captain to lead them.
Captain: The captain is a head of an individual division of Tamashī no baransu. their jobs very from division to division but they are responsible for those in their division and for maintaining the goals of their division. the captains represent the true military power of Tamashī no baransu and are usually leaps and bounds ahead of their subordinates in regards to levels of power.
Vice-Captain: The vice-captain is the adjutant of a division's captain and generally assist the captain in leading the day to day activities of the division. in regards to power level a vice-captain is considered to be a force to be reckoned with, though they are generally nothing in comparison to their captain; though this is not always the case.
Seated Officer (Commissioned; seats 3-5): Commissioned seated officers serve as assistance to each division's vice-captain and help maintain sections of their division in day to day activities. in most divisions their can be only one person seated in the commissioned seats at any given time. in times of war the commissioned officers usually lead medium sized teams of their subordinates into battle.
Seated Officer (Non-commissioned; seats 6-20): Non commissioned seated officers serve as leaders to small sections of non-ranked division members in day to day activities, ensuring that all task are done properly and completed in a timely fashion. during times of war the non commissioned officers usually lead small teams into battle.
General Member: These are the beings that make up the majority of Tamashī no baransu and perform the day to day activities of the organization. most of these members spend their time training in hopes of becoming skilled enough for promotion in the organization.

Our Allies
This section is a listing of all allies to Tamashī no baransu and allies will be treated as such. the organization trades with and protects its allies at all cost, acting as their army if they do not have one; and support to their army if they do have one. this is one of the few things that goes beyond the rules of jurisdiction for the group; as they will defend allies whom not only reside on Gaia-Prime, but off of it as well.

Shinjiko Enterprises: Shinjiko Enterprises is considered an ally of Tamashī no baransu due to the friendship between Tous Shinjiko and the family of the Captain-Commander.
The Akrelic Wings: The Akrelic Wings is a shadow organization, and not much is known about them. after discussing the Kkamagwi with one of their members an alliance was formed between the two groups to protect the world of life from this threat.
Our Enemies
This section is a listing of all enemies to Tamashī no baransu and will be treated as such. while not one to actively engage in open conflict, open conflict is permitted at all times against sanctioned enemies of the group; though the group will not actively hunt members down unless ordered by the Captain-Commander.
