A trainer from Johto, moved to _____ with his mother, a retired pokemon coordinator. No siblings. Is five-foot-eight and weighs one-hundred and fifty-seven pounds. Has dark brown hair and blue eyes, and doesn’t really care much for appearances or treating someone differently due to gender.
Jay is right-handed. He often uses the word “cool”, though it’s usually in a way to blow off what someone is saying. When bored, he will more than likely attempt to annoy whoever is accompanying him. This often leads him to have little to no friends, the few that he does have being very patient and tolerant with the boy.
Jay enjoys puzzles, riddles, and mysteries. Although he doesn’t always stick through with it, if it grabs his attention at first, he’s usually content for a while. He only shows genuine interest when face with what he considers a challenge, and will in turn, respect the creator of the challenge if he cannot beat them/solve the problem. He is fairly indifferent and apathetic to anything that doesn’t concern or interest him.
He has a fear of ghost-type pokemon, thanks to a terrible encounter with a bad tempered Mismagius as a child. Often having recurring nightmares of the incident, he is ashamed to mention the incident or fear to anyone, including his own mother, and is very stubborn and defensive if someone observes the trait about him.
Favorite food is any sort of seafood, but he will eat anything that is aesthetically pleasing. Favorite color is any shade of blue. He gets annoyed when he has high hopes for something, only to be let down in the end. Dislikes dependant and whiny people.
