[Character Personality]: Domon has changed over the years. While once a loose cannon, the war changed him, turning him from the cocky, sharp tounged, ill tempered wild man to a true soldier. He feels a sense of need to protect the world of the living after seeing the losses suffered during the war in which even he himself came face to face with Death.
However he has a short patience for those who challenge his new maturity. He is less inclined to start a fight but is eager to finish it, even if an opponent is far below his skill level.
[Character Biography]:
Long ago, A shinigami Rukongai security force happened across a young teenage resident who had been observed fighting off various antagonists in the area using his wooden makeshift katana. Many in the area reported that the very sharp tonged resident had a knack for fighting and it was later observed that the young man had a higher spiritual pressure potential
than the other residents. When offered the chance to join the Soul Academy and the ranks of the Shinigami, The man known as Domon accepted.
Within the first decade instated in the Soul Academy, the young student quickly made a name for himself. Feirce in combat and an aggressive fighter with what seemed to be a rapidly growing Riatus reserve, Domon was idoloized by some of his instructors and was even observed by some of the higher ranking Shinigami in the Gotei 13 as a potentially valuable asset.
However as the years drew on, a severe lacking was found in Domon's aresenal, A Zampakuto. Despite his ability to excell in combat, and his welling riatsu growing within him, he had reached a plateu in his ability when he was unable to produce his own Soul Cutter.
It was later reported that the events that followed resulted in his eventual high threat level to the Shinigami as a fugitive of the Gotei 13. Several students reported that the young student began spending less and less time in the Dojo and more time studying Zampakuto's. It seemed that Domon began to wonder if he had the method wrong, and was hoping to
discover what variable was causing his stalling out. Reports indicate that Domon spent a significant amount of time studying the extremely rare God-Type zampakuto's especially the legendary Hyonimaru claimed by a shinigami Captain of the past, the most recent confirmed record of a God Type Zampakuto claimed by a Shinigami. It is suggested that after studying more records of these legendary Spirits, Domon actually found the location of one of these weapons, the violent and dangerous Ryuuko, said to be the God of war among the legendary God-Types.
Witnesses later reported to some of the soul Academy's senior students and instructors that Domon was not in his quarters late the night of the incident in question. Later, a category three threat level incident was declared on the Soul Academy grounds. When Security personel arrived on the scene, a heavy riatsu was said to be hanging over as the bodies of three Senior level Students preparing for graduation, and the body of one of Domon's favorite instructors were all found dead.
Eye witnesses confirmed suspicions that Domon had been the one responsible, almost possessed.
Patrols in Rukongai were increased as the next sighting of the Murderer was brought forth in the very district that the young man was found, however patrols confirmed the most terrifying news of all, that he had somehow acquired a Zampakuto of his own. Despite the number of squads that had been sent in to apprehend the suspect, none had proved successful, actually
causing more losses than advancements in capturing the Black Tiger, as he came to be known by the local residents of Rukongai.
A report came in that Domon had begun coordinating with Second Division deserter and former Taicho, Butsukeru Kyoda. Many claimed that their relationship was hardly platonic, and that they had shared beds several times whenever she happened into Rukongai. It was at this point that the Second division took up a serious interest in the case of Tsugetsa Domon, hoping to redeem it's name and capture both of the dangerous Fugitives. A special operation was headed up to claim the Murderous
Black Tiger when it came apperant that he had found a way to remain out of the Gotei 13's reach, actually beginning the transition from Shinigami into Vizard as his Inner demon surfaced during the assault on his stronghold, resulting in significant losses in the ranks of the 2nd division and the escape of the convict into the world of the living as the
hollowfying individual was able to open a Garganta and slip away.
A hasty retaliation was organized and sent to earth to apprehend the weakened fugitive, catching him off guard, however the strike force met with resistance in the form of Butsukeru Kyoda herself, seemingly protecting the infantile Vizard in his weakened post hollowfied state.
And the Trail goes cold from this point several years. It is assumed that Kyoda trained and educated the fugitive resulting in his skills in the Hollow arts to have significantly increased, fueled by his already reputed heavy riatsu levels and Violently agressive fighting styles. It was this abundance of powerful riatsu that eventually lead a Hollow hunting squad
to stumble upon their hideout. Immediately following their report, an all out ambush was staged by the 2nd Division to separate and capture the two of them. The plan proved sucessful for the most part, as Kyoda quickly fled the scene upon discovering the ambush, leading the first wave of the squad off after her. There is some debate as to wether she abandoned her comrade, or was hoping to protect him by leading his asailants away. Regardless, Domon claimed the former, and lashed out in rage against the second wave of asassins who converged upon his location, only to be twarted and elluded by the Vizard as he managed to slip away.
Reports indicate that Butsukeru Kyoda went on to Karakura, digging herself in by making quite the reputation for herself as a sort of protector and guardian of the people of the small village known for its frequent spiritual activity. Because of the public opinion of Kyoda, all attempts to arrest, apprehend or otherwise acquire Butsukeru ceased following the
Tsugeta-Butsukeru event as reported above.
However the same could not be said concerning Tsugetsa. He was trailed all the way to Tokyo as he attempted to lay low. To avoid losses in human lives, no attempts were made against the Fugitive, rather he was watched for some time. Domon had caught on to this fact and quickly made himself at home in Tokyo in a similar manner to Kyoda, however with much less noble intentions. Reports indicate that the Black Tiger's behavior was violent, unruly, dangerous and unpredictable, as he assaulted shinigami squads of the non-violent nature. It is at this point that that Domon adopted a student, another 2nd division Deserter and Vizard. In the several hundred years that follow, She and Domon carved out his own sphere of influence in Tokyo as the city built around them.
For reasons unknown, Domon left his apprentence in charge of his Tokyo empire and returned to Karakura to reunite with Kyoda, quickly becoming an asset key to the security of Karakura, attempts to seize the fugitive were put on hold for some time. However with the coming of the Anti-thesis war, all attemtps to acquire the Hollowfied fugitives were halted due to the higher priority of risk. During the war, Domon was almost killed in combat against one of the Antagonist's more powerful warriors, however he was able to narrowly snatch away the victory by forfeiting a deadly blow to his torso at the price of beheadding his opponent.
It is safe to say that the Domon would have lost his life right there on the battlefield as a result of his injuries, however he was snatched up by Butsukeru Kyoda and over the course of a year, was nursed back to health.
This report ends at this point in time, due to the lack of resources to continue surveilance on Tsugetsa Domon. It is safe to assume that he has continued to live out his days at Kyoda's side, defending and overseeing the Vizard operations of Karakura


[Hair Color]: Black, its grown a few inches and as such, he sometimes ties it back tightly behind his head save for

his bangs.
[Eye Color]: A fiery red. It is said that as his riatsu flares, his eyes have the appearance of burning embers.
[Distinguishable Markings]: Domon carries a plethera of scars all over his body, however there are three that can
easily discern him from other warriors. One is a rather nasty gash across his forhead, second is a slash across his back
left by what appears to be the claws of a large beast, lastly is a sickeningly serious gash across his torso sustained
during the Anti-Thesis war.
[Weight & Height]: Domon is roughly 5'11 and weighs a lofty 190 of solid, compact muscle.
[Clothing]: Domon most commonly is seen wearing a pair of rough, tattered black Jeans fitting tightly around the
waist and falling slack around his shins. A pair of heavy boots ordain his feet with a heavy thud in each step. A red,
tight fitting tanktop hardly covers up his torso and all of it's scars, while a light denim short sleeve jacket has it's
sleeves rolled to his shoulders, as if showing off his battered and scarred arms, ending hands accented with padded
fingerless gloves, however his right arm is decorated with a red band bearing a small bone white skull emblem attatched
wrapped high around his bicep. From time to time, Domon is seen wearing a red bandanna wrapped around his forhead like a
headband.

[Weapon's Name]: Ryuuko.
[Weapon Abilities]: Shikai.

[Mask Definition]: [Masked][Mask Only]
[Zanpakutou]: A traditional Katana with a black wrap on the handle and an ornately decorated guard of gold. The sheath is pitch black and is mounted horizontally across his lower back, hooked to his belt in two places to ensrure stability.

[Shikai Abilities]:

-------[♦] Pain Augmentation: The primary ability Ryuuko has in Shikai is the ability to amplify the sensation of pain within the target upon each slash inflicted by Ryuuko.
-------[♦] The chain connecting Ryuuko's Sword to it's dagger at normal length is 1.5 meters long, however can extend up to 100 meters as riatsu is poured into it.
-------[♦] Tracking Blade - By funneling of riatsu into Ryuuko just befor throwing either Sword or Dagger end of Ryuuko, Domon can control the trajectory of the blade through the air through powerful concentration.
-------[♦] Tiger's slash - With a swing of the Dagger end of his Shikai, three crescent slashes of Red Riatsu are launched towards the enemy capable of cutting or burning through the opponent.
-------[♦] Dragon's vengence - Launched from the sword end of his shikai, a black blast of Riatsu resembling a chinese dragon errupts from the blade, seeking out it's target. However it has no damaging effects, rather it reopens any wounds inflicted upon the target within a 24 hour period, add adds upon those wounds the same amplified sensation of pain.

[Resurreccion Abilities]:

-------[♦] Tigre Negro's effects are very simple. They enhance Domon's three strongest suits while protecting him from taking too much damage by armoring his upper body tremendously.

-------[♦] Full utilization of Domon's latent Riatsu reserves and increased damage in Hollow based attacks.
-------[♦] Powerful Hierro and minor High Speed Regeneration
-------[♦] Chaos Cero: Hardly a specialty Cero, more like an incredibly powerful and incredibly unstable form of the Black Cero used by the more elite Espada.
