I walk alone
Down a dark street
Soon I'll be home
But before then fate&i shall meet
A silent scream
Escapes my lips
I didn't know something so mean
Could ever exist
Every night
I gravely and solemnly
Relive that night
When the shadows took over
I couldn't see
As I sank lower
I was becoming more of them&less of me
Soon I was lifeless
Yet I still lived
Cold&breathless
I couldn't fathom what the shadows did..
