At night, the alleys grew dark and eerie. Not many who walked through them came out to tell their story, for what ends at the end of their journey was death. It would start silently with a slow flow of thick fog creeping around the alleyway's corner. Then, when the victim would turn to walk faster a steady and beautiful sound of a flute would creep up behind them, causing him or her to run even faster. But alas, the alley was no longer an alley for it had stretched and twisted and remodeled itself into the victims worst fear.
Sarah, a strong-willed business woman walked slowly through the empty streets. The darkness was getting to her, and she grew wary of her nervousness putting the feeling of being watched in her head. To her left was a short cut home, but the problem was that the appeared to be through the doors of violence and rape itself, an alley. She stopped and stared through the alley, squinting to make sure there was no one there, safe. A sigh of relief escaped the woman's thin lips, then with a deep breath, entered.
