Do you see the world in just black and white
All that’s within must be dark and/or light
A place where just good and evil reside
Is that what you see, oh child of mine
Or can you now see where black and white meet
That nothing in life is ever concrete
Do you now see times between night and day
Is your world covered in new shades of gray
And yet I will say, naïve you are still
To paint the true world, three colors can’t fill
For the world has more than gray, white, and black
To use just those three, your painting would lack
The world that you drew couldn’t be duller
The world isn’t gray, its full of colors

Place of Poetry
This is where I post poems that I make when I'm feeling bored that you could really care less about. Enjoy! Or not! Or whatever!
"The world is not beautiful, therefore it is."
