The following is mainly for writers but could also be used for people drawing group art (if there ever was someone like that). It is how each character feels about the others.
Ayr doesn't have any favorites. He sees the good in the bad but for the most part chooses to ignore everyone's unpleasant traits. He continually tries his best to be social but usually comes off as awkward. He can only take so much of Annis before he stops bothering (she punched him in the chest once while he was trying to teach her some martial arts) but he wants to be kind to her no matter what. Sterling's lack of faith / hedonistic attitude don't bother him in the least bit. He gets along best with Indy for the sole reason that she likes him more than she likes the others.
Indiellan likes Annis and Sterling but she had a hard time putting up with them from time to time. She meets Annis' mean comments coolly and maturely and she knows Annis doesn't mean what she says. She sometimes had little arguments with Sterling about his faith but he doesn't take it seriously and she gives up. This results in a little bit of tension between the two but considering they both love music and dancing they get along well enough. Indy likes Ayr best because she respects his desire to learn and like the fact that he's quiet.
Annis doesn't appear to approve of anyone. She states her judgments bluntly and is often mean and condescending, especially to Sterling. She makes it very clear she doesn't appreciate his way of life. She has nothing against Indy she simply can't bring herself to be gentle unless she's feeling particularly good. She also isn't a big fan of Ayr. She thinks he's too quiet, too eager, and entirely too short.
Sterling loves to tease his companions. Any insults are playful and barely insults at all. He thinks Annis' 'stick up the a**' attitude is hilarious and has no trouble pushing her buttons. Indy is a little harder and he tries to avoid bringing up things that will make her angry but he always asks her to dance. Ayr is so naive and unaware that Sterling has a good time pulling him into dangerous situations in the name of a good time.
