The Furies
The Furies or "the angry ones" are from Greek myth and are said to personify the anger of death. They have been descrable as having snakes for hair and blood poaring from there eyes. They attack at night at the request of Hades and punish wrong doers by breathing hell fire into the lungs of the victim. Furies are said to have been born from witchs who are consumed by anger. The only way to stop a Fury is to force them to lose there anger (only helps if you know what angered them in the first place) or convence Hades to forgive the wrong that has been commited (not likely).
