Why do we still have to live when eventually we're going to die?
Maybe it's because we're just plain stupid. I mean, if you're intelligent enough, you're just going to commit suicide because there's no point in continuing your existence. You'll deal with life's problems then as your reward, you'll die.
On the contrary, some people take that in a positive way. They're going to live their lives and make the best of it. It's not everyday you'll see someone thank that he's glad for having to live a miserable life. I know that sounds weird but having a miserable life is better than living a life that is almost fairytale like. I mean, where's the challenge in that? If you live out perfectly, it's like you've been given the easy way out. The moment that you snuck yourself right into this world. I think that nobody owns that kind of immunity. Maybe there are people who have immunity. The sons and daughters of Ayala, maybe? They've been rich ever since. I take that back. They are vulnerable to life's mishaps and tragedies but not in terms of money.
So therefore I conclude that people are not given the privilege to be immune to suffering, pain and loss but are privileged to life's extravagants and teasing luxuries.
If that conclusion makes sense, it appeals to me like we're living to be able to have luxury and not really living.
With so much conclusion in this note. The circles, twists and twirls I've wrote, what do you think?
Do people really LIVE the life they're given or is it just another game we need to finish and wait till the game's over? biggrin
