Part 1: The Basics
1. What is your full name?
Torin Otel Seishin ((Torin="Chief"-Irish, Otel="Steel"-Romanian, Seishin="Spirit"-Japanese)) Names are always up for change.
2. Where and when were you born?
Torin was born in Karta during the beginning of their industrial age. His lifetime brought the first of indoor plumbing and heating
3. Who are/were your parents? (Know their names, occupations, personalities, etc.)
Father=Adare Seishin ((Adare="From the ford of the oak tree"-Irish))
He was monarch of the planet, Tellus ((which is Latin for Earth)), he was a corrupted and selfish dictator.
Mother=Treise Seishin ((Treise="Strong" wink )
She was queen by marriage and was an uncaring mother.
4. Do you have any siblings? What are/were they like?
Torin had no siblings.
5. Where do you live now, and with whom? Describe the place and the person/people.
He currently lives in his father's palace.
He lives there with his son, Kanen, and about 3 dozen slaves.
Back end of home. Side of home. Frontish of home. Bird'sEyeView.
This has a good layout for the house.
6. What is your occupation?
Torin is following in his father's footsteps as an evil dictator over Tellus.
7. Write a full physical description of yourself. You might want to consider factors such as: height, weight, race, hair and eye color, style of dress, and any tattoos, scars, or distinguishing marks.
He is a largely built man((Muscular, Tall, and still obese)) of pale yellow skin.
Height=6'8", Weight=289lbs
He is a pureblood Kartan and has what was brown hair that has now become grey. He has facial hair consisting of a short beard, but no mustache. His eyes are cold and match what his hair once was. He dresses formally, in the most stylish clothings of his time. This generally consists of suits and large tail coats. His age can clearly be noted from the lines along his face and spots on his skin. He has scars on his back from getting lashings as a child.
8. To which social class do you belong?
The tip top.
9. Do you have any allergies, diseases, or other physical weaknesses?
He has yet to be allergic to anything with the exception of a few herbs, his only diseases would be his growing obesity and slow liver failure due to his constant drinking. He is extremely strong for some one who eats so much, but it doesn't last. He looses his energy quick in a fight and that is why he has his citizens fight for him.
10. Are you right- or left-handed?
He is right-handed.
11. What does your voice sound like?
He has an extremely deep voice resembling that of Ian McKellen((the guy who played magneto in x-men))
12. What words and/or phrases do you use very frequently?
"Maid!", "More!", "Enough!", "I am God!"((He uses very few words to make his points.))
13. What do you have in your pockets?
The master key to his home, a few hard candies, many coins, and maybe a few papers.
14. Do you have any quirks, strange mannerisms, annoying habits, or other defining characteristics?
He ties string around his fingers so not to forget somethings. In his youth, Torin was ambitious, proud, greedy, but mostly power-hungry. In his adult life, he became cold-hearted, rude, and believes that he is "God". He is also untrusting.
Part 2: Growing Up
15. How would you describe your childhood in general?
Training to replace his father as absolute ruler.
16. What is your earliest memory?
His mother was dying from a rare illness(O vidro Olho Doença) and he stood at her bedside. She told him she was sorry that Torin had ever been brought into the world. Nothing good could come of it.
17. How much schooling have you had?
He took the highest class of schooling until his father died when Torin was 20.
18. Did you enjoy school?
He did not enjoy school and was bored with it the majority of the time.
19. Where did you learn most of your skills and other abilities?
He learned them from his professors and his father.
20. While growing up, did you have any role models? If so, describe them.
Growing up, Torin wanted to prove his mother wrong and be a good leader, but he had never seen anyone go against his father and assumed that using fear and controlling people was the only way. He was naive to any other kind of rule. He grew to admire his father very much.
21. While growing up, how did you get along with the other members of your family?
He did not get along extremely well with his father and his mother died too early in his life. All in all, Troin had very few who were close in his life. He did however meet a girl who he became very close with , but she died.
22. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
The greatest ruler of them all.
23. As a child, what were your favorite activities?
Training in combat and the darker side of politics
24. As a child, what kinds of personality traits did you display?
Torin was ambitious, proud, greedy, but mostly power-hungry.
25. As a child, were you popular? Who were your friends, and what were they like?
He was the only child to go to his school and did not have many friends until he came of age.((ceremony held when a man turns 16)) He then began going out and making friends.
26. When and with whom was your first kiss?
His first kiss was with a whore in a shady part of town.
27. Are you a virgin? If not, when and with whom did you lose your virginity?
He is not a virgin, losing his virginity to a different whore in a shady part of town.
28. If you are a supernatural being (i.e. mage, werewolf, vampire), tell the story of how you became what you are or first learned of your own abilities. If you are just a normal human, describe any influences in your past that led you to do the things you do today.
He is a normal human being. Being beaten as a child has made him a stern dictator and watching his father has made him believe that he is superior to everyone else. Losing his wife has made him cold and rude.
Part 3: Past Influences
29. What do you consider the most important event of your life so far?
His marriage to Clara and the short time they shared together.
30. Who has had the most influence on you?
His father had the most influence on him.
31. What do you consider your greatest achievement?
Finding a woman like Clara to be his wife.
32. What is your greatest regret?
His greatest regret was not spending more time with his wife.
33. What is the most evil thing you have ever done?
Ordered the torture and murder of thousands of people
34. Do you have a criminal record of any kind?
No. He would just have any man accusing him of a crime sent to jail or worse.
35. When was the time you were the most frightened?
When his son, Kanen, began to rebel against him he feared his kingdom would not have a proper ruler after Torin's death.
36. What is the most embarrassing thing ever to happen to you?
He does not get embarrassed.
37. If you could change one thing from your past, what would it be, and why?
How he treated Clara at the end of her life and what the last thing she saw him do before her death.
38. What is your best memory?
Marrying Clara.
39. What is your worst memory?
Her death.
Part 4: Beliefs And Opinions
40. Are you basically optimistic or pessimistic?
Pessimistic.
41. What is your greatest fear?
Tanak.
42. What are your religious views?
He does not believe in god and he does not believe in heaven. He wishes that he could find it in him to believe his wife is in a better place but he fears that Tanak has taken her soul and she is lost forever in emptiness.
43. What are your political views?
He believes that blood makes a person worthy of ruling, however he also believes that his son may be the exception. For now he thinks that there is no one more worthy than himself to rule.
44. What are your views on sex?
He really does not think of it too often. His thoughts are that it is just the satisfying of human primal needs.
45. Are you able to kill? Under what circumstances do you find killing to be acceptable or unacceptable?
Killing is acceptable if it gets the job done quicker than through peaceful means.
46. In your opinion, what is the most evil thing any human being could do?
Tanak's taking of his wife's soul was the only truly evil gesture Torin considers to have seen
47. Do you believe in the existence of soul mates and/or true love?
He does, and in fact believes that he had found his in Clara.
48. What do you believe makes a successful life?
Power, money , and control
49. How honest are you about your thoughts and feelings (i.e. do you hide your true self from others, and in what way)?
He does not express any feelings unless it is anger or hate. This usually results in a war.
50. Do you have any biases or prejudices?
He is very prejudice and bias. He thinks he is superior to any person who is not himself. He is extremely disrespectful to those beneath him.
51. Is there anything you absolutely refuse to do under any circumstances? Why do you refuse to do it?
He refuses to express his feelings because it is a womanly thing to do and men do not express their feelings.
52. Who or what, if anything, would you die for (or otherwise go to extremes for)?
He loved Clara, but he would not sacrifice himself for her. He thought he would if given the chance but in this way he is really a coward.
Part 5: Relationships With Others
53. In general, how do you treat others (politely, rudely, by keeping them at a distance, etc.)? Does your treatment of them change depending on how well you know them, and if so, how?
Rudely and it seems that the better he knows a person the ruder he becomes, because he feels he needs to hide more from them.
54. Who is the most important person in your life, and why?
The most important person in his life was Clara but since her death, it has been himself.
55. Who is the person you respect the most, and why?
He respected his father more than anyone else because of the power he had until his death and the influence he had even after death.
56. Who are your friends? Do you have a best friend? Describe these people.
He has no real friends, but if he had to consider friends they would be his board of advisors. They are a group of pansies who kiss his feet and occasionally update him on Kartan affairs.
57. Do you have a spouse or significant other? If so, describe this person.
He had a wife, but her soul was stolen by Tanak. Clara was kind and generous-opposite to Torin but after marrying him, her ideas and influence was silenced until her death.
58. Have you ever been in love? If so, describe what happened.
He was in love with Clara. When he was young and ambitious he asked to marry Clara, and with her good heart she accepted. After Torin took power he became absorbed by the power and took Clara for granted. They had a son, Kanen, who Torin found himself hating. After trying to kill Kanen as a baby, he had a heart attack and nearly died. Clara sacrificed herself to Tanak in order to save the souls of her husband and child.
59. What do you look for in a potential lover?
He believes that he lost the love of his life and now does not look for it again. As far as someone to pass time with, he is not picky.
60. How close are you to your family?
He and his father were not close and his mother died to early in his life. There was no one else in his family. He and his son are not close.
61. Have you started your own family? If so, describe them. If not, do you want to? Why or why not?
He had his wife, Clara, and a son, Kanen. Kanen has blue eyes like his mother and dark hair. He was born ill and Torin believed it was a sign that Kanen would not be able to take the thrown after his death.
62. Who would you turn to if you were in desperate need of help?
He would never count on anyone but himself and appearing desperate would be a weakness and would never show it.
63. Do you trust anyone to protect you? Who, and why?
No. He believes that no one could do a better job at defending himself than himself.
64. If you died or went missing, who would miss you?
No one.
65. Who is the person you despise the most, and why?
He despises anyone who rebels against him, but most of all he despises Tanak.
66. Do you tend to argue with people, or avoid conflict?
He feeds off anger and argues with anyone who doesn’t take his opinions as truth.
67. Do you tend to take on leadership roles in social situations?
He is the leader of every situation.
68. Do you like interacting with large groups of people? Why or why not?
He will interact with anyone, large group or small. He has to be able to deal with every kind of person as leader of his world.
69. Do you care what others think of you?
No.
Part 6: Likes And Dislikes
70. What is/are your favorite hobbies and pastimes?
Drinking.

His empire

Blue-like Clara’s eyes

Meat

War strategies

Drinking, watching others suffer, winning a war

Drink. It makes stress a bit less stressful and he likes the taste. He has no desire to stop anytime soon.
77. How do you spend a typical Saturday night?
The same way he spends everyday.
78. What makes you laugh?
Fighting
79. What, if anything, shocks or offends you?
Those who disobey him shock him but not immensely.
80. What would you do if you had insomnia and had to find something to do to amuse yourself?
Drink or start a war with some rebels

Idiots who ask stupid questions(by his standards), weaklings
Part 7: Self Images And Etc.
84. Describe the routine of a normal day for you. How do you feel when this routine is disrupted?
He gets up and is met by his servants who make him presentable. He is then met by an advisor who updates him on everything and anything he may need to know. After that, he proceeds to enter into meetings and goes through the everyday motions of a dictator/king. If his routine is interrupted, depending on the interruption, he generally responds in one of two ways. If the surprise is pleasing or entertaining then he will work with it and play, but if he is upset or unamused by it then he will go into a rage that usually results in beheadings and hangings.
85. What is your greatest strength as a person?
His inability to show emotion makes him an extremely intimidating foe.
86. What is your greatest weakness?
His rage blinds him.
87. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
He would have saved the life of his wife at any cost.
88. Are you generally introverted or extroverted?
He is introverted in any feeling that is not anger.
89. Are you generally organized or messy?
Messy

Good at:
1. Punishing those who “need” punishing.
2. Fighting the enemy.
3. Controlling the masses.

91. Do you like yourself?
No. Torin despises himself, but ironically suffers from great pride.
92. What are your reasons for being an adventurer (or doing the strange and heroic things that RPG characters do)? Are your real reasons for doing this different than the ones you tell people in public? (If so, detail both sets of reasons...)
He rules the world because it is in his blood, however as a youth, he never imagined his rule would have looked like this. He does not speak to others about it.
93. What goal do you most want to accomplish in your lifetime?
He wants desperately to pass down his rule to Kanen but cannot forgive him for the death of his wife.
94. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
He sees himself exactly where he is now, but perhaps teaching his son the ways of a ruler.
95. If you could choose, how would you want to die?
He would want to join his Clara.
96. If you knew you were going to die in 24 hours, name three things you would do in the time you had left.
1. He would pray for forgiveness for his sins from his god.
2. He would apologize to his son.
3. He would fall asleep in his wife’s garden.
97. What is the one thing for which you would most like to be remembered after your death?
Ruling in hatred over a frightened world.
