The new woman started at work today. She seems nice. Definitely involved with her kids (fellow soccer mom with my boss). Listens to Christian music while working. Likes decorating her workspace with picture frames and baskets.
I gave her some of those silly bandz or whatever they are called that Mom had given me for some reason. I guess her kids like them.
Other than that, I was at the food pantry this morning. We were busy - had nine people (plus another for pick-up later). I saw wild turkeys in front of one of the church doors. Pretty spiffy.
One of my coworkers brought in salad for lunch. I really wish I like salad. I forced some down. I like croutons, though. I wish my food tastes were more adult.
