It passes and fades with my soul,
each moment a hole in my heart
a sad rasp is my life this gasp
i fade into the gap
feel the darkness swirl like mists
this pain i feel i do not remiss
each day another wound, another scar
have i truly been freed from my iron bars?
who can save the Unsaveable?
who can rectify the damned?
is this my hand which reaches out to cut the ties?
is it me who tells the lies?
where has my strength gone?
does my rage escape itself through my desires
am i simply here to fade and die
am i truly a saint, or just another sinner?
