Matthieu was born in france as the son of the french vampire king. thus he had greatness bestpwed upon him at birth. He was always taken care of and it annoyed him he wanted too be his own person. once his father passed down the rule too Mattheiu some of the clansmen belived he was not ready and left creating some fewer very weak rebel clans whom are trying to create there own rule. matthieu has struck down all but one.
