As it rains on this stormy night the sounds of thunder roar throughout the shadow of the night. Nothings heard but the silence of a voice that goes unheard deep down locked away in pitch darkness. Looking into the night sky watching the clouds of thunder roll over. I watch as life rolls on passing me by I take a moment to search deep down within myself. As I look i watch as i see myself running from the truth scared avoiding trying to escape the reality of it all.
Underneath the star's beneath the trees it all comes at once...the moment that only took seconds is frozen in time. As it slowly starts to unwind lightning strikes and the thunder roars.I watch as life flies on by and I fall through the dark clouds in the sky falling into the truth...the reality i tried to escape. So far away..looking for the answers to why these questions never go away. The sound of the rain gets louder and louder as if reality it self was falling in on me at once.
It strangles me I cant explain myself at all my heart starts fall to pieces as I try to reach out. I fall with the rain lifeless as my body and mind fall into slumber falling through the midnight sky. Watching myself as i fall reality hits my heart a tear drops from my eye. To realize after all that I wake up laying in my bed staring out the window into the midnight sky..with a tear flowing from my eye. I guess its time to face the storm and move on.
