Jenifer came up from behind Brent and wrapped her arms around his shoulders in a hug.
"Hi Jen!" Brent's excited voice seemed to show the smile on his face.
He turned to face her and kissed her quickly on the lips before pulling away to see her face in full view. He seemed to always get lost in those blue eyes of hers. It wasn't until she flipped her blonde hair out of her face that Brent realized she had spoken.
"You ready?" Jenifer asked as she started walking towards the door, keys to her car dangling from her fingers.
Brent nodded and started to follow her, his gold cross necklace coming from under his coat.
