Moi: First question- "Burger" or "Chard?"
Steph: What the heck's "Chard?"
Moi: Look at your Algebra 1 book, you'll see.
Steph: Heh, "Burger Chard Hall..." It says "Burger Chard Hall!"
Moi: Yep, those are the publishers.
Steph: Oh.
Steph: L, U, C, I, S. That's a- that's a weapen that blows holes through vampires. But its... all put-together.
Moi: Cool? So... it's called Lucis?
Steph: *raspy voice* Yes.
Moi: How exactly do you pronounce that?
Steph: How should I know! I always pronounce it weird like "Lucius," but I know that's not right.
Moi: Speaking of the Lucius or whatever-
Steph: Its Lu... It's "Lusus."
Moi: As I said, Lucius or whatever, how's Vladimir Tod?
Steph: It's not just Vladimir Tod, it's "The Chronicles of Vladimir Tod!"
Moi: ... I always thought "Tod" was spelled with two "D"s.
Steph: His dad's name is Thomas Tod.
Moi: That's weird.
Steph: Hey, it's better than Otis Otis.
Moi: Having recently defeated my writer's block, I am wondering...
Steph: What?
Moi: Of all my stories, and I do know which is your favorite, which is your LEAST favorite?
Steph: I, um, uhh... Um, hmm, uh... Mmmmm... MM! Ugh, I can't think!
Moi: No worries, take your time.
Steph: ... What are your stories again?
Moi: Beraler Queen, Automata, Falling, Sleepless Dreams, and Ithaca.
Steph: Ithaca. But I like them all!
Moi: What makes Ithaca your least favorite?
Steph: That guy hits her across her face!
Moi: How many times have I told-
Steph: Let me cut you off. I don't like the war-ness of it. It's all war and violence and gore and stuff!
Moi: That may be, but he does not hit her across the face! He just yells at her because she won't have sex with him!
Steph: Well it's her fault!
Moi: Then why does it bother you?
Steph: What?
Moi: Nevermind.
Moi: Okay, a new question. Why is Automata your favorite?
Steph: It has a great stroyline, and I like feeling sorry for Okashi 'cause he never gets the girl.
Moi: He never does, does he?
Steph: He'll get the next one, though! Spoiler alert!
Moi: Uhh, actually, I don't know if he does...
Steph: Mm-hmm! I've seen it!
Moi: What exactly does that mean?
Steph: Actually, Britty saw it, y'know, her futuristic abilities?
Moi: You mean that she's a fortune teller?
Steph: Yeah! And she showed me!
Moi: Speaking of Britty the Kitty, isn't it funny how she's scared of men?
Steph: Ha, yeah. Y'know, we're the only people in this house, so she doesn't get to know boys.
Moi: Yep, it's made her sexist!
Steph: Even though we've only had her for like a week. And four days.
Moi: Do you have a hyperbole to hide behind?
Steph: What?
Moi: Do you have a hyperbole to hide behind?
Steph: I don't know what you're saying!
Moi: A HYPERBOLE to hide behind!
Steph: What the heck's a "hyperbowl?"
Moi: *dies laughing*
Steph: What is it?!
Moi: *still chuckling*
Steph: *cries* You're not gonna tell me...
Moi: Nope, I'm not. And I'm not gonna tell you what I'm referencing, either!
Steph: Cat... *strangles Moi* Cat... I'll stop when you tell me...
Moi: Alright, get off! Ask Mom!
Steph: What's a hyperbole, Mom?
Mom: A "hyperbowl?" I've never heard of that.
Steph: What is it?!
Mom: Hyperbole?
Moi: No, "hyperbowl." It's another way to pronounce it.
Mom: Oh...
Steph: What are you referencing?
Moi: a song you don't like. ♪ No hyperbole to hide behind, I make it so expose... ♪
Steph: These words are my own?
Moi: ♪ From my heartflow! ♪
Moi: So, care to ask me a question?
Steph: No, you're good.
Moi: Oh. Okay.
Moi: When Nannette comes over, should we ask HER some questions?
Steph: Yeah!
Moi: Eh, actually, she'd probably rather play the Sims 3...
Steph: Maybe.
Moi: Well, should we wrap this one up before Nannette comes?
Steph: Mmm... Uh, yes.
Moi: Alright, well that was fun. Especially the hyperbole question, right Steph?
Steph: EGH, it was torture!
Moi: Heh, not for me. Except for the part where you strangled me...
