I cleaned the dust out of the ps3 and let it cool. I also turned it on. the system turned on and got my ps3 disk out. yay! I got the disk out and played a game off the hdd. then a while later, the system beeped twice and shutdown. so I resetted it then turned it off completely, I'm guessing it's the heatsink compound problem.
