Greetings~ Call me Goldenstar!
I have been playing Gaia off and on since about 2004~ (08 and 09 I was barely on though if any) But finally I have started to be online more, due to simply the fact I horribly miss Forum Based Role Playing - a friend of mine from Second Life returned to Gaia for Similar reasons. So I have decided to work on building up a new Rp, but with some requests rather then building a whole new one I am remodeling the Rp that used to be connected to a Breedable pet shop I Used to run called "Dragons of the realm" here soon I hope to have the guild and a topic fully up and running with all sorts of plots and goodies to go with is... if you like to take a peek just visit the Dragons of the realm {The Guild}
I have recently changed my Name on Gaia from "G0ldenstar" to "Goldenstar Sands" The main reason for this is I have always named just the name simply "Goldenstar" but the name is taken by a accost that has been dead since it's creation in 03... but also the name G0ldenstar with a zero has confused others, making it hard to type and get messages in some cases.... so I have simply added my Second Life last name of "Sands" (Kinda sounds Merfolk or Mythical doesn't is?~)
Second Life
Ok, I talk about second life a lot in my profile because I happen to spend most my first life there! (no really o-o!) My screen name on Second life is.. well "Goldenstar Sands" I'm typically easy enough to find, I spend most of my time ether in my shop "Safe Waters" Building wonderfully great things~ I Work mostly In making Asian and Fantasy Objects, Buildings and Clothing - most of what you'll find at this point is Primarily merfolk though. but this is because when I joined sl I started in a merfolk Role play. If i ever manged to get around to it I hope to build many other fantasy races. - The other place in SL I spend a great deal of my time in is in a role play based on Avatar: The last Air Bender - However in this story plot it takes place roughly 5 avatar generations Later, In this plot I play the character of the avatar, A Girl Born into the nation of water, but under a unknown force she was kidnapped shortly after her birth by a darker organization that knew she was the avatar, Rising and building her to be a force for their own uses. most of the sorty turns around the City of Wu-Xing (also this is our sim for the RP)~ It's not a very large role playing group all in all but we have our moments and fun biggrin

My real life is a bit more less then what most would consider "Messed Up" - I'll spare you most of the Details because I don't want to draw that into telling others who I am. The Fact is that despite the things that happen in my life that does not change who I am - If anything it will aim me to make a better person of myself and despite everything the world throws at my I will not allow it to make me a bitter cold person.
April 2010 Real Life Update
My mother left my world yet again, and hopeful for the good, Not just for myself but for her own, She took off with with my brother. she did this be for about when I was 17, I can only hope this time she surely finds her place in this world. During these last few months though I have been busily plucking away on Second Life - It seems strange to say it But it was not like I have much choice in the matter - No job, and can't get one.. and the only money I'm making is from SL - But I can at lest say I enjoy doing it! It's not alot, but it's enough to cover the electric bill and hopefully the internet >__> My grandmother is supposed to be selling her place soon, she has long moved out but me and a uncle are still keeping the place up and going. My grandmother herself has actually be doing rather well lately she seems to be finally getting better, she has not had nearly as many blood transfusions as of late - Maybe she'll get to live to 100 after-all~ :3 in shockingly other good news I signed up for Job Corps hopefully with in a few months I'll be able to get in, and be able to get somewhere in life o-O; however I am worried about my pet dog... she is rather old and doesn't sit well with children, and when i go into job corps I can't take her with me and none close in my family can really take her because of her issues with younger children (a snotty 6 year old got a hold of her when she was a puppy and trashed her around a bit and every since then she doesn't like younger children) odds are I will properly hang onto her in till the very bitter end be for trying to find her a new home. my birds on the other hands will be alright. but I still worry about the dog...
