I'll restrain my comments until AFTER the story. Please read~!
Once upon a time there was a princess who was born, and she was the most beautiful baby anyone had ever seen. Unfortunately, her mother became increasingly jealous of her until at the age of two, she made the king build a tower for her to live in all the way on the other side of the kingdom.
The princess was forbidden to leave the tower, but she spent almost all of her time looking outside in the distance. She would wander around her room, but she longed to be able to live outside her tower.
On her 16th birthday, the princess decided to sing about her life to all of the animals outside. All of the animals in the forest were captivated by her voice, including the prince of a nearby kingdom. He came looking for the owner of said voice, and he found the princess in her tower.
"Hark! Fair yonder voice! I have fallen in love with thee! Please marry me, your humble prince."
"I'm sorry my fair prince, but I'm trapped in this tower" she replied sadly.
"I shall rescue you from your horrid prison!" He said, lowering his hand to grab her shell with two of his claws. Once she was securely in his hand, he stood up again and crushed her prison underneath his scaly foot.
"My hero~!" She said, becoming infatuated with him.
12 hours later, they were married and he brought her to their private chambers.
"The... there's something I have to tell you" She said, looking around nervously.
"What is it, my darling wife?"
"I'm a hermaphrodite."
OKAY, THERE IS A PERFECTLY GOOD REASON FOR THIS!
Someone told me to write a story about a snail and a dinosaur. And it's the day before a final. >.>
