Lying under the darkened sky I Wait. In slow motion Crimson Rain does Fall. Behind me is where you stand, But above me, I can already hear Death’s lonely Call. Come close, my Dear, So I can Whisper my Dreams, Once more to You, into your Ear. Do not Cry, my Love, This cannot be The End for us. For all our Strength is known even to those that dwell Above. So lie here with Me, as the buildings Crash down all around our Respite. Crumbling to Dust as the bodies are Ravaged by Chaos’ bright flames, Watch as we are set Free from this place of Misery. Fly with me, my Beloved, as we twirl in the Air and play their endgames. Or, why not just Leave, and forget the Pain we’ve Suffered. Do not be Sad, my Sweet, We live Forever, you and I. Just wait for me, Wait with me until next we greet, But let it be after the blazing fires of the cities Die. As the buildings crash around us, the bodies crumbling to Dust, Let’s make a Promise; Promise you’ll follow me still, even if I fall back to a world of Sins and Lies and Lust. Lying under the darkened sky I wait, As, in slow motion, Crimson rain does Fall. Will you give me your answer, with the Love you feel for me? I hope I’ll hear your Voice, before again I feel Death’s answering Pall
