Maxwell stands alone, painting testimonial pictures...
Name: Maxwell Jeremy Edison
Age: Twenty two years young, baby. <3
BIO: Maxwell was born in a bad part of town. He made the most of this by keeping to himself. It made him tougher and more streetwise, but it didn't help him anywhere else. His mother was a bit of a spaz and his only true role model, since his father went out of the closet when Max was five and left his mother to seek out a man similar to him sexually. He tried not to let that bother him. Of course, unstable families can, even inadvertently, lead to unstable people.
He wanted to be as far away from his father as possible. So, he worked her in the lower school levels and went to college to study medicine. He has big dreams, you see. Once he gets his degree, he wants to be famous by finding a cure for AIDS or something important like that. He had been pushing rather hard to get through school. He isn't exactly a model student, pulled out of context.
He met Lizzie and felt a connection. Until he saw that she was a bit too hot headed for his tastes. By then, he met and began dating Joanna. Thank Lennon he found another girl to sleep around with. Lizzie would probably drive him nuts if he let her. He has been keeping this dual relationship a secret for a while, but he does like to 'bird' watch. This could have sent the alert to his Lizzie. But, he's unaware if this, between the parties Joanna throws that keep him coming to her door and his work at school. He has a rather messy pad, filled up with pizza boxes and homework and cigarette butts. A woman's touch would really increase it's curb appeal. Pity that the woman couldn't be Joan, though. Nope, he will find that the woman will be Lizzie and that his tapestry of betrayal will unravel soon enough...
PERSONALITY: Maxwell has two modes: academic mode and social mode. In academic mode, he is rather quiet and hard working. He is intelligent and asks questions that not even the teacher can answer. He is mostly found with a book or a complex anatomical chart under his arm. He doesn't slack off at any time, unless he happens to be hung over from the previous night or... preoccupied with matters of the feminine persuasion.
Then, we have the side outside the classroom. It's like he's bipolar, almost. He is a wild child, a lover of the party scene. He can be a bit quick to assume things, but can you honestly blame him? He is a bit of a daredevil, and loves to get attention, bad or good. He is a passionate lover, but has a habit of acquiring many women so he can have all his sexual desires fulfilled. It's not that he is prone to being unfaithful, just that he thinks with his reproductive organs and not his head most often than not. He is prone to drink and can get rather... violent when intoxicated. Since the song was called to his attention, he carries a ball peen hammer he painted silver with him everywhere.
He will never combine his school life and his social life. He prefers, like the famous Paul McCartney to not say. He has been known to debate a lot of points with his fists. He has never used his silver hammer, which he likes to call his 'decider' in a fight yet, but he has the best uppercut in the apartment. This, his drinking after class, and an interesting habit of selling answers to tests when he needs cash, has lead him down a dark path if he ever wants to be a medicine man.
He is very paranoid. Whether this is breeding or not, no one can say. However you feel he had gotten it, he has it and can be easily provoked because of this. He can calm down most of his paranoid rants with cold hard logic, but some things are just a tad hard to ignore.
