Description: Jackie was born to Jasper Rose and Dakota Rose. Her mother was a poor tailor when she was young, her father First Mate on his fathers ship. While a voyage was being planned, Jackie's mother dressed as a boy and sailed away on the voyage, hoping to get some profit. She was found out by Jasper, but he saw her without the male gettup and fell in love. Dakota was let off at the next pit stop, Jasper fearing she might be killed if she was found out by the captain, and gave her some genuine gold to help her family.

Two years later, Dakota and Jasper met again, and this time put everything on hold when they got married. A year later, Jackie Rose was born to them.

She grew up very differently from other young girls. She grew up learning about savvy's and the seas, learning about the ways of the pirates, as her father was one and her grandfather a captain. When her grandfather passed, his ship belonged to the first mate, Jasper Rose. He sailed the seven sea with and without his family, sometimes bringing home more gold and dresses for the two girls. It was obvious that Jackie would be a "water baby."

When she was fifteen, Jackie was made First Mate of her fathers ship, despite the ongoing comments about how women bring a ship bad luck. In fact, Jackie had good luck, and became a known female savvy instead of dressing as a male. Soon enough, her nineteenth birthday came along and she became more than a swashbuckler.

Her father died at sea, but Jackie was not with the crew at the time, so she couldn't become captain at first. Soon, one of the crew who knew how to steer the ship brang it to her, and dubbed her Captain of the Crowned Lady.

For five years, Jackie Rose has been sailing the seven seas. Her only loves are the open sea and her ship. Throughout the land, she's known as the Mistress of the Seas, the very first female captain in pirate history.
