I think I may have used that before. . . Oh well!
I know, it has been awhile since I posted anything. So, I guess I'll just talk about school, since that's what's been going on lately.
Honors Chemistry: I'm a little worried about the class. I almost burned my lab partner, Jake's, hand. >< Apparantly tongs holding test tubes get REALLY hot. Despite the fact that Mr. Hoying is bald/shaved (and it has been proven that all bald/shaved teachers are amazing, i.e. Mr. Duff, Mr. Hatfield, and Mr. Kraft), I'm not sure if I'll be able to handle the curriculum. But, I don't think I'm going to drop down. I'll just need to invoke Mike's nerdy wisdom a lot.
Algebra II Honors: This class is okay. Mrs. Loeser is really nice, but this class is at the precise time when I'm the most tired, so I tend to almost fall asleep during class. >< I'm not trying to!
English 10 Honors: I am so not looking forward to this class. It's all going to be American literature, of which I am not a huge fan. The teacher is fun, though, and I have some classes with some of the same people from last year, so that's definitely nice.
Journalism I: This seems like it's going to be a fun class. There are SO MANY of us, though. Forty people in one classroom. So, the J2s and 3s go to The Pub (The Publishing Office) and work on their articles while Mrs. Sotelo actually teaches us. There are some morons in our class, though, who are obviously looking for just an easy A. They didn't realize, though, that this was not going to be an easy A. All that I've heard about Journalism is that it's a LOT of work.
Latin II: FIVE people are in my class. FIVE. It's amazing. =D Because of the funky lunch schedules this year, we have two Latin II classes. And only Juniors and Sophmores are in fifth period, meaning there's only five of us. It's awesome. =D
Modern U.S. History: Shoot me. Now.
Drawing and Painting I: Fun. I sit next to Colleen Rizzo, who seems to be just plain out amazing. =D It's nice having some people to talk to who don't have a rod shoved up their a**.
