Light vs. Dark
It’s easy to smile. It’s easy to laugh. It’s easy all the time. When the world glimmers in light, on feels the light within themselves radiates to the outside world in smiles and laughter. To engage in light is brilliant for our soul, one cannot imagine a world parallel. Once a cloud transpires, panic ensues. Our chameleon hearts fall to the hands of the cloud, often enough to wake an inner and dormant being lain within the crevasses of our soul. We meet our opposing selves, the one, many wish, were never lingering in the realm of darkness. Seeking for an escape the darkness, imitating quickness of a liger, pounces and we become what we wish not on ourselves. The opposing side, shroud in darkness, we also see the darkness, and no longer light prevails. Our inner darkness screams to the outside world. An epidemic of unkindness is felt whereas some hearts will hide, others will be devoured, and many will lay in despair. For those in despair, their cry for escape echoes and it’s too much for he or she to withstand. For the length of time the light existed, it was a mere dream. Now the darkness rules time thrice longer than light has shown the hearts whom once shared a smile with a stranger and laughed at an innocent jest, what mysterious form does the light present? We can only imagine in our memories, the time we shared kindness and warmth. The longer we sit, the longer it will be to recover, if the word exists. As the realm of darkness peruses time, our hearts must wait for kindness. Without a doubt, we must recall, we are human, capable to overcome ridged mountains, heavy rivers, and fierce wind. Humans are weak. Hidden beneath the weakness of heart we may find the light we lost long ago.
